- Your valid passport.
- Police Clearance Certificate.
- ISPS Code Familiarization Certificate (in case of renewal)
- Filled and Signed Application Form (please ensure all required fields are completed accurately).
Please note that original copies of the required documents below must be submitted for verification purposes before the starting of the course:
- Two recent passport-sized photographs.
- The signed course application form.
- Police Clearance Certificate.
