Academic Qualificaons Academic Degree (Bachelor / licence) or Nauc al cerficate (captain / first officer / second officer) Duraon of the program (30 hours), and the program includes field visits to the ports of the region. The main topics of the Course 1. Internaonal marime transport industry and its effect on ports.
2. Ships types improvements – Shipping styles improvements.
3. organizaonal structure of the Port – Modern management behaviors.
4. Pricing of port services to be a contender port for other ports.
5. Scienfic and praccal ways to deal with other bodies dealing with the port management (customs – General Security – Shipping Agencies quaranne – medical stone ……… etc.).
6. The role of informaon systems in the strategic planning of the port.
7. Stascal reports and types of ships – and the quanes, types and analysis of goods.
8. Raise the efficiency of the port of the possibilies available.
