Officer in charge of a navigational watch for ships of 500 ton or more

• Be At Least 18 Years Of Age – A Basic Education Is Supported By The State (A. Nautical Education Is Supported By The State After Basic Education Or B. Primary Education Only)

• (A). Documented Sea Service Not Less Than 12 Months As Part Of A Training Program Supported Include Training On Board Ships And Meets The Requirements Set Out In Section A-II / 1 Of The International Convention For Education And Training STCW And Documented Record Of Maritime Training, Or (B). Documented Sea Service Of  Not Less Than 36 Months.

• During His Sea Service Implementation And Policing Duties Of The Leadership Of The Chamber Of The Vessel For A Period Of Not Less Than Six Months Under The Supervision Of The Master Or A Qualified Officer.

• Completed The Education And Training Of Certified Standards To Achieve Efficiency In Section A-II / 1 ( Navigational Responsibilities Of The Officer On Duty ) Of The International Convention For The Education, Training And Implementation Of The Approach Typical Of The International Maritime Organization Number ( 7.03 ) .

• Meet The Requirements Of The Regulations Contained In Chapter IV Of The International Convention For Education And Training STCW, Which Enables It To Perform The Duties Of (Radio Officer) According To The Radio Regulations. (Minimum Radio Communication VHF), And If Assigned Primary Responsibility For Radio Communications During Accidents And Distress, He Must Obtain The Appropriate Certificate GMDSS Issued Or Recognized Under The Provisions Of The Radio Regulations.

• Meet The Standard Of Competence Specified In Section A-VI / 1, Paragraph 2 ( Accredited Training To Identify Techniques Of Personal Safety , The Prevention And Fire-Fighting , First Aid , Personal Safety And Social Responsibilities ) , Section A-VI / 2, Paragraphs 1 To 4 ( Efficiency In Survival Craft And Lifeboats Except Rescue Boats Fast ) , And If Assigned To Perform The Functions Of Specialized Fire Fighting Him Meet The Competency Standard Specified In Section A-VI / 3, Paragraphs 1 To 4 ( Minimum Mandatory Training In Fire-Fighting Advanced ) , And In If The Performance Of The Tasks Assigned By The Competent First Aid Meet The Efficiency Standard Specified In Section A-VI / 4, Paragraphs 1 To 3 ( The Minimum Mandatory Requirements Relating To First Aid And Medical Care ) Of The International Convention For Education And Training STCW.

• Meet The Standards Of Medical Fitness For Seafarers As Contained Al-Qaeda I / 9 Of The International Convention For Education And Training STCW, And Meet All Other Requirements Of Local Incoming Local Laws And Regulations Governing The Issuance Of Certificates.

• Cancel The Following Courses  In Case Of Restriction Of The Certificate Issued To Work In Coastal Waters: (Astronautics – Electronic Aids That Determine The Location Away From The Coast – Electronic Charts In The Case Of Non-Outfitting Them)

• Add The Following Courses In The Case Of Commissioned Officer In Charge Of A Navigational Watch  Of Policing Tasks Concerned With The Following: (Advanced Fire-Fighting, Medical Care, Global Distress GMDSS)
